Susan Baek is a 2023 Princeton University graduate with a degree in Public and International Affairs. During her time at Princeton, she served as president and captain of the university's mock trial team, where she honed her public speaking skills in high-pressure courtroom simulations. Currently, Susan works as a production assistant at NBC News in New York, contributing to the production and reporting of national news stories. In addition to her full-time role, she is passionate about teaching and enjoys helping others develop their writing and public speaking abilities.

Amanda Chang is the Co-Organizer of the Global Youth Speech Competition and Host of the Training Sessions, helping participants enhance their public speaking skills.  In 2024, she won Second Prize & the Creative Award in a prestigious North American high school speech competition. She also created a global speech competition video series, the Winning Speech Strategies: A High Schooler’s Perspective, sharing practical techniques for delivering impactful speeches.​​​
